Basque Culinary Center Expands Culinary Horizons for Enthusiasts with Diverse Autumn Programs

The Basque Culinary Center (BCC) is offering an extensive range of culinary experiences this autumn through its BCC Culinary Club. The program, designed for both young and adult food enthusiasts, includes over 70 activities such as tastings, short workshops, intensive courses, and showcookings. These sessions, which run from September to December 2024, will be held in the professional kitchens of the Faculty of Gastronomic Sciences in San Sebastián. The program aims to provide both beginners and seasoned cooks with practical skills and creative insights into various aspects of cuisine, from seasonal ingredients like game and bonito to international dishes and the rich culinary traditions of the Basque Country.
